1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of LeaderWaypoint’s leadership education and coaching services, website, and materials.

2. Engagement

  1. Services commence upon written confirmation or booking.
  2. Coaching is educational and reflective; it is not legal, psychological, or medical advice.
  3. We may decline or discontinue engagements in case of conflict of interest or misuse.

3. Client Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate information relevant to the engagement.
  2. Respect confidentiality obligations around shared materials.
  3. Adhere to agreed schedules and communication channels.

4. Fees & Billing

Fees are published or quoted in writing and are VAT-inclusive where applicable. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within the specified due date.

5. Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Client: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
  2. Refunds: Prepaid sessions canceled in time are refunded or credited; late cancellations may be partially refunded at our discretion.
  3. Program Changes: For multi-session programs, unused sessions can be transferred to future dates within 3 months.
  4. Requests: Send refund or change requests to support@leaderwaypoint.com.

6. Confidentiality

All discussions, documents, and exercises shared during the engagement are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Course materials and toolkits remain the intellectual property of LeaderWaypoint. You may use them internally but not redistribute publicly without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeaderWaypoint is not liable for business decisions made by clients. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The latest version is posted on our website with an updated date.
